Yes, it has meaning to all of them and it has to be used for everything because we have to know things of the pass, things in the middle, and things today. The IQ regarding the changing of the climate, we have to know things of the past and thing of present when our climate is changing. The IQ of Inuit regarding the weather of the past, because the weather is never the same, has been used to compare the weather today and in the past. We have to start learning about what has been happening if we want to live. When ice freeze up is so late and spring comes so early, and these are good example of what Inuit knew about the weather in the past, and they were very useful and now in 2006 when they say the climate is changing, we have to start using what we are learning today that are useful for today's climate - the IQ during fall, winter, spring and summer, if we knew those, we have to know them.
