When the Inuit goes out hunting at anytime, anywhere or if you're going out hunting in winter time, the ice has been used for thousands of years, and the changing of the climate in some cases has really impacted the Inuit way of life.
The polar bears in the north are increasing, and are increasingly coming into the communities. I don't think that they have enough food available to them in some cases because of ice conditions, not enough ice so they tend to come to the communities and this is what people are noticing and through IQ, and people talking to each other and through media, and this is what is being noticed - the increasing of the polar bears coming into the communities.
When we were going through the channel, someone saw a polar bear not too long ago, we are now looking around because someone saw a bear and its should be near here, and there's lots of places to hide. Look its over there! Up there! Now its going behind.
One of the main reason seems to be in the north, is the changing of the climate - the movements of the ice in winter, ice forming late. The ice condition is really different now from the past and this is one of the reasons for the polar bear moving in different patterns.
